Tracker Corp Introduces New Self-Auditing Tools in Tracker I-9 Compliance Software
Tracker Corp announced its latest tools for organizations who wish to conduct easy self-audits of their compliance with form Form I-9 and E-Verify regulations.

Tracker pioneered the model of personalized, at-a-glance self-auditing with its exclusive Dynamic Dashboard that provides I-9 managers with the critical status alerts they want, including an audit risk gauge right on the opening screen.

The latest release of Tracker I-9 software includes even more features that enable fool-proof auditing. With its enhanced User Activity Auditing, the system automatically logs more actions with greater detail, providing a monitor and permanent record of the usage of and access to I-9 records. All activities get tracked, including I-9 record corrections, password changes, old and new values, who changed them and when.

An improved Compliance Alert Report shows I-9s that are overdue and have errors. Auditing an I-9 Record in Tracker I-9 demonstrates a good faith effort and removes the I-9 from the Compliance Report.

Tracker I-9 also includes a new I-9 Data Entry and Audit Tool that streamlines and quickens the process of performing data entry of paper I-9s to be imported into Tracker I-9. This tool, which leverages the power of Microsoft Excel, includes advanced auditing capabilities.

Internal Audit and External Auditor Reports can be printed to Adobe PDF format or exported to Microsoft Excel. A scanned audit sheet and other document files can also be attached to an existing online I-9 record.
